State the deliverables
Ten edited images at a package price of $300 is easier to compare than “photography as needed.” If a customer wants more images, add a separate line rather than changing the meaning of the original package.
Price extras separately
The $50 background setup is optional work. Leaving it on its own line makes it easy to remove if the customer declines it.
Give the offer an end date
A valid-until date tells the customer how long the price is available. After they accept, use Turn into invoice so you do not retype the same items.
