Documents stay in your browser
CreateBizDocs makes documents in your browser. We do not ask you to create an account, and the document editor does not upload your business details, customer details, line items, or logo to our server. The live preview and PDF are generated on your device.
The site uses your browser’s local storage to keep the document you are editing, saved drafts, document numbering, and any business details you choose to remember. Your uploaded logo is resized in your browser before it is stored there. This is browser storage, not cloud sync.
Your choices and backups
You can delete individual saved drafts in My Documents and start a new current document with the New button. You can also remove remembered business details by turning off Remember My Business. Clearing this site’s data in your browser can remove your current work and all saved drafts. Using another browser or device does not automatically bring them back.
Download Backup creates a JSON file on your device containing your current document, saved drafts, and remembered business details. Restore Backup reads a file you select on your device. Keep backup files private, because they may contain customer and business information.
Contact messages
If you use our Contact form, your name, reply address, and message are sent to Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox. The form uses hCaptcha to check for spam; that service may process technical information about your visit. Contact messages are separate from the business documents you create. Please do not put account numbers, payment card details, or customer documents in a contact message. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy and hCaptcha’s Privacy Policy for their data practices.
Website hosting
When you visit this site, your browser connects to our hosting provider to load the pages. The provider may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, as part of delivering and securing the website. The document editor itself does not send your document contents with those page requests.
Advertising and cookies
At the time of this update, CreateBizDocs does not run ads or advertising cookies. If we enable Google AdSense, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site or other sites. Google’s advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to show ads based on those visits. Other ad vendors or networks may also use cookies if we enable them; we will identify those partners here before they are used.
You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and learn more about Google’s advertising technology. You can also visit AboutAds for choices offered by participating companies. Where a consent choice is required for advertising, we will add it before enabling ads for those visitors.

We will update this page when the site’s data practices change, including when a contact form or advertising is activated. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
