Choose a billing unit that matches the agreement
This sample uses three labor hours at $35, eight windows at $5 each, and a $12 supplies charge. If you agreed on a flat fee for the visit, use one line with a quantity of 1 instead of also charging the same work by the hour.
Include visit details and approved extras
Put the service date and property in Notes when the customer has several locations. List extra work only when it was agreed. If supplies were included in the original price, remove the separate supplies line.
Review before sending
Replace the fictional names and prices, confirm the cleaning was completed, and check the due date and payment instructions. Tax treatment varies; the sample uses 0% to demonstrate the calculation, not to recommend a tax treatment.
